We provide a free meet and greet prior to all our services to discuss your requirements and answer any questions.

We accept cash or bank transfers on a weekly or monthly basis.

We ask that you notify us 24 hours before dog walks, home visits, pet taxi bookings and at least 14 days before pet sitting duties begin otherwise the full amount will be collected for that service.

We will contact you immediately and discuss how to proceed.

However if we can’t get a hold of you, then we will take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic preferably the one you’re registered to.
